CLIENT: Dacor
The Simple Art of Convection Cooking
We worked with Dacor to create a cookbook that would drive interest in their convection ovens by educating consumers on how to save time and effort by cooking with their convection oven, while consistently producing outstanding results.
Why a book?
In order to demystify convection cooking, creating a cookbook provides an authoritative reference guide on how to use a convection oven. The book includes a glossary of convection terms along with cooking tips and techniques. We were able to provide a variety of recipes including appetizers, soups, salads, side dishes, entrees, and desserts, to position the convection oven as the essential kitchen tool.
Why Chronicle Books?
"Almost every new oven on the market features convection technology, but so few consumers take advantage of this timesaving feature because they think they need to modify their recipes or they simply don’t understand how it works. Chronicle was instrumental in assisting us with developing a book that readers would find useful. Our goal was to provide home chefs with a comprehensive tool to help alleviate their fear of convection technology and Chronicle helped us accomplish our objective."
